What is a Disney Wedding/Vow Renewal going to cost?
The wedding/Vow Renewal package is an add-on to an existing cruise reservation. Castaway Cay Wedding $3,500.00/Vow Renewal $2,500.00. Onboard Wedding $2,500.00/Vow Renewal $1,500.00.

What's the payment and deposit schedule for a Disney Wedding/Vow Renewal?
There must be a deposit on the Cruise booking in order to book the space for a Wedding or Vow Renewal package. The final payment is due at the same time as final payment for the cruise booking. The Wedding or Vow Renewal add-on becomes a part of the whole cruise booking.

When can I reserve my Wedding/Vow Renewal date?
Cruise Weddings can be booked 12 months in advance of your departure date (based on availability).

Does Disney offer any kind of photography and videography service for my event?
Yes, photo packages only. Unfortunately we do not offer any videography packages aboard the ship at this time. But you are more than welcome to bring your personal video camera to capture your big day.

I love Mickey and Minnie. Could they act as Best Man and Maid of Honor at our Wedding/Vow Renewal?
We're sorry, but our famous Disney Characters are not available to participate in the actual ceremony in any way. However, based upon limited availability, Characters may be able to make an appearance at the Cake and Champagne Celebration following the ceremony. Please contact your wedding coordinator for further information.

Is there a spa where my bridesmaids and I can pamper ourselves before our event?
Ah, yes. The Vista Spa and Salon is available onboard exclusively for adult guests 18 years of age or older. There you can take advantage of all the latest spa therapies, treatments, and beauty regimens.

Please be advised that Palo is reserved for Guests age 18 and older. For the enjoyment of all our adult Guests, there will not be any exceptions made to this policy. If your desire is to have a family dining experience on the night of your ceremony, please attend your regular dining rotation so that all family members can celebrate. You may choose to have your intimate dining experience for two on another evening.

Can I have a "Sunset" ceremony on the beach at Castaway Cay or Onboard on an outside deck?
All ceremonies either Onboard or at Castaway Cay have set days and times that the ceremonies are held.

Can I pre-order stateroom gifts for my guests?
Yes, they can be ordered through the Disney Cruise Line Amenities Department: (go to www.disneycruiseline.com, then My Disney Cruise for Gifts & Amenity options.)

If I bring my own stateroom gifts for my guests, can they be delivered to my guests' staterooms by a Disney Cruise Line staff member?
Yes, you can arrange that through your Wedding Coordinator before you sail.

What is the maximum guest count for a Disney Cruise Line Wedding/Vow Renewal?
80 guests, please discuss additional options with your Wedding Coordinator.

Who will be performing my Wedding/Vow Renewal ceremony?
For an Onboard ceremony, a Disney Cruise Line Senior Officer will perform all ceremonies. On Castaway Cay, a Bahamian Administrator (Government Official) will perform all ceremonies.

Where will I be legally married?
A Florida Marriage License is included in your Disney Cruise Line Wedding Package. Since our Captains cannot perform legal ceremonies, the legalities of the wedding license will actually be taken care of before your Disney ship leaves Port Canaveral.

Is there a limit to how many Wedding/Vow Renewal ceremonies can be performed per sailing?
Yes, two Onboard ceremonies per sailing and one ceremony at Castaway Cay

Vista Spa and Salon is exclusively for our adult Guests 18 years of age or older. For the enjoyment of all our adult Guests, there will not be any exceptions made to this policy.

Can I get my Wedding/Vow Renewal dress steamed onboard the ship?
Yes, Dress Steaming is available onboard the ship for less formal wedding dresses. More elaborate gowns (beaded, intricate) may require more attention than is available. (There is no charge for steaming of the Bridal Gown or the Groom's attire. Additional guest items may incur a fee.)
